The contact list provides a basic view of all the contact names that you have entered. It is a searchable list and lets you navigate to the contact’s detail page or to schedule an event with the contact. If you happen to be preparing a mailing list, an “Omit” button allows you to omit, but not permanently delete, particular names from the list before printing it or creating labels from it.
